SALON POLICY

  •  COVID SAFETY

    • IF YOU FEEL SICK AND/OR HAVE A COUGH, FEVER, OR BEEN EXPOSED TO SOMEONE WITH COVID-19, PLEASE REMAIN HOME AND CONTACT YOUR STYLIST SO THAT YOUR APPOINTMENT MAY BE RESCHEDULED.​​​

    • DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT, MASKS AND/OR FACE COVERINGS (COVERING BOTH YOUR NOSE AND MOUTH) ARE OPTIONAL, UNLESS OTHERWISE DIRECTED BY YOUR STYLIST. WE RECOMMEND WEARING A DISPOSABLE FACE MASK IF YOU PLAN ON RECEIVING A COLOR SERVICE. ​

    • PLEASE KEEP ALL JACKETS/PURSES/PERSONAL BELONGINGS WITH YOU DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT.

    • ALL STAFF AND CLIENTS ARE REQUIRED TO WASH HANDS AND/OR SANITIZE FREQUENTLY (HAND SANITIZING STATIONS ARE AVAILABLE AT ENTRANCE, HAIR STATIONS, AND EXIT).​

    • ALL HAIR STATIONS AND TOOLS ARE SANITIZED/DISINFECTED BEFORE AND AFTER EACH CLIENT.​

    • EXCEPT WHEN PROVIDING SERVICE, PHYSICAL DISTANCING MUST BE PRACTICED AMONG ALL CLIENTS AND STAFF.

  • CANCELLATIONS

    • ​PLEASE CONTACT YOUR STYLIST IN ORDER TO CANCEL AND/OR RESCHEDULE YOUR HAIR APPOINTMENT, 48 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT, IN ACCORDANCE WITH YOUR STYLIST'S APPOINTMENT POLICY. 

  • PAYMENTS

    • CREDIT CARDS AND APPLE PAY ARE ACCEPTED FOR SALON PURCHASES. IN ACCORDANCE WITH OUR SAFETY PROTOCOLS, CASH IS NOT AN ACCEPTED FORM OF PAYMENT AT THIS TIME.​
