COVID SAFETY PROTOCOLS

IN ORDER TO KEEP YOU AND OUR STAFF SAFE, OUR SALON HAS ENACTED SAFETY PROTOCOLS AND PROCEDURES. WE ASK THAT YOU PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE COMING IN FOR AN APPOINTMENT:

  • IF YOU FEEL SICK AND/OR HAVE A COUGH, FEVER, OR BEEN EXPOSED TO SOMEONE WITH COVID-19, WE ASK THAT YOU PLEASE STAY HOME AND CONTACT YOUR STYLIST SO THAT YOUR APPOINTMENT MAY BE RESCHEDULED.

  • EARLY-BIRD APPOINTMENTS ARE AVAILABLE FOR HIGHER-RISK CLIENTS.

  • ONLY THOSE WITH SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS WILL BE PERMITTED INSIDE OF THE SALON, TO MEET OUR 25% CAPACITY RULE. COMPANIONS AND/OR CHILDREN MAY NOT ACCOMPANY YOU DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT. 

  • DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT, MASKS AND/OR FACE COVERINGS (COVERING BOTH YOUR NOSE AND MOUTH) ARE REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES, UNLESS OTHERWISE DIRECTED BY YOUR STYLIST. WE RECOMMEND WEARING A DISPOSABLE FACE MASK IF YOU PLAN ON RECEIVING A COLOR SERVICE. 

  • PLEASE KEEP ALL JACKETS/PURSES/PERSONAL BELONGINGS WITH YOU DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT.

  • ALL STAFF AND CLIENTS ARE REQUIRED TO WASH HANDS AND/OR SANITIZE FREQUENTLY (HAND SANITIZING STATIONS ARE AVAILABLE AT ENTRANCE, HAIR STATIONS, AND EXIT).

  • FOR YOUR SAFETY, PLEXIGLASS SHIELDS ARE LOCATED AT WASHBOWL STATIONS. ADDITIONALLY, ALL HAIR STATIONS AND TOOLS ARE SANITIZED/DISINFECTED BEFORE AND AFTER EACH CLIENT.

  • EXCEPT WHEN PROVIDING SERVICE, PHYSICAL DISTANCING MUST BE PRACTICED AMONG ALL CLIENTS AND STAFF.
